Dial Up Your Safety.
Duress Phoenix ensures your frontline and lone workers stay protected with easy safety check-ins. Workers can set a timer or schedule check-ins on the safety device, providing peace of mind when working alone or in isolation.
On demand and scheduled safety timers.
Check In. Log your location and set a safety timer, as well as receive safety updates specific to that location.
Safety Timer. When you check in, a safety timer is set. If the timer reaches zero, an alert is sent. Control when you want to extend the timer when necessary.
Auto Check In. If you enable auto check in, your team will automatically be checked in as soon as they arrive at the locations you nominate. On arrival, their safety timer commences. If they don’t leave on time, an alert is raised automatically.

Privacy is built into everything we do. Nobody, including your administrators and managers, even Duress, can see your location unless you activate an alert.
Your device streams live video, audio, and location to our 24/7 Operations Centre and Emergency Services, only during an emergency so they can assist.
All data is stored here in Australia, and is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your data never leaves the country and is accessible only by your nominated admins.
Duress is ISO27001 certified, and all staff have completed extensive background and police checks.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Duress track my location all the time?
No, Duress streams your location only once an emergency has been declared. While an emergency is active, your location updates every 5 seconds.
Can administrators see my location?
No, administrators within your organization cannot see your location unless you have activated an emergency or team alert.
How does declaring an emergency work?
To declare an emergency, click the Emergency Button (red button on the side), which can urgently request police assistance.
Can I cancel an alert once it has been activated?
Yes, you can tap the blue button on your screen that says 'Cancel'.
Is there a dashboard to manage users?
Yes, admin users will get access to Pathfinder, the Duress dashboard where all users, alerts and settings can be managed.
How can I get some training?
Every organization will receive complementary onboarding training.
